🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Phoenix Printing
At Phoenix Printing, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.
✅ Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and unopened

Returned in original packaging

Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened toner or ink cartridges

Items marked as "Final Sale"

Gift cards

Downloadable or digital products (if applicable)
Opened toner or ink cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons. Please make sure you’ve selected the correct product for your printer model before opening.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at phoenixprinting.printbold@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected due to ineligibility (e.g., opened ink), the product will be returned to you or discarded, depending on your preference.
📦 Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
